The conference is one of my favorite activities of the year also. I plan on being there, if only to keep all the young whipper snappers in line - GRIN!

Best,
Kerry

I suggest talks on scriptural objections to restored priesthoods, and the Book of Mormon and reputed plagiarism from the New Testament. I also would like to see Blake Ostler do an update on his expansion theory regarding the book of Mormon. Even if these might not ever be accepted subjects for talks they might make good articles for FAIR Wiki.

The problem with the current FAIR response to plagiarism it does not do the side by side comparisons that Jerald and Sandra Tanner did. The charge of literary dependance of the Book of Mormon on the New Testament is common. And the critics usually have examples that stump me. I even adopted Blake Ostler's view many KJV snippets were used in translation.

FAIR usually does a mighty good job having speakers that handle most tough subjects. Although i wish more time were expended on Answering Evangelicals Bible verse by Bible verse.

This will give me an opportunity to shuttle between the FAIR and the Sunstone conferences, depending on which sessions are most interesting!
